Gimmick: The undying, homicidal Clown Prince of Crime. He is either patently psychotic or a new breed of super-sane human being, able to mentally process hundreds of consciousnesses at once. Joker is the ultimate wild card, capable of everything from harmless pranks to disturbing ultra violence, and willing to do it to anyone and everyone at any point in time, seemingly at random.

The Joker is the kind of guy who will come up with a plan to kidnap a scientist and have them create a super-pheromone that will attract little old ladies to a warehouse, just so he can feed them into a wood chipper. Then he'll use the resulting paste to make counterfeit money so he can buy fuel for his ice rocket that will freeze the entire city. This will cause everyone to flock to his new chain coffee shops, who will sell them hot beverages laced with a mutagen designed to drive everyone insane. Then he'll hit the first scientist with a pie in the face.

...And then he'll shoot the pie.

When super-villains want to scare each other, they tell Joker stories.

Wherever Joker goes, Harley Quinn is undoubtedly not far behind, ready to do whatever it takes to make her puddin' happy. Harley manages his evil empire, watches his blindside, ambushes his enemies, and takes all the abuse he can give, all with the painted on smile of a mentally ill woman in love.

Despite his maniacal genius, neigh immortality, and equally evil girlfriend, Joker was never able to get the better of Batman. Joker grew sick and tired of getting beat up by Bats, so he set out to hone his fighting skills with World of Wrestling, and who's to say he can't cause a little chaos in the meantime?
