A word or two with Brooklyn Basher.

OOC - This would go after the RP from Gyalin Reece and should be the RP right before my match, if I am still in one?

*The camera cuts to an image of Josephine Steinmann standing in the interview area backstage.*



Josephine Steinmann: "Hello I'm Josephine Steinmann and tonight I'm joined by Brooklyn Basher for an interview before his match tonight".

*Brooklyn Basher has not yet appeared for the interview.*

Josephine Steinmann: "Well that is if he shows up".

*Brooklyn Basher walks into the interview area, smiles at Josephine and gives here a quick wink.*



Brooklyn Basher: "Sorry for arriving late and keeping you waiting Josephine. I had to deal with a thing or two before I got here. What questions do you have for me tonight?"

*Josephine is seen smiling at Brooklyn Basher before she loses it to ask the questions.*

Josephine Steinmann: "That's okay BB you don't have to apologise I know you guys are busy. First question: How do you feel after being knocked out of the National Championship tourney when you were so close to the final?"

Brooklyn Basher: "The way I see it the best man won last week. I wasn't good enough on the night and from what I've seen of the three finalists they all deserve to be there".

Josephine Steinmann: "Would you care to comment on who you think will win the match?

Brooklyn Basher: "It is a very tough one to call, all three as I said deserve to be there. My money would be on Zeus McKenna though, he really impressed me in our match last week.

Josephine Steinmann: "Moving on. There is a rumor going around at the moment that Gyalin Reece is not participating in your match tonight due to injury, do you know anymore about who your opponent might be if he doesn't show up?"

Brooklyn Basher: "That is the first I have heard about that. I spoke with Christopher Weich earlier and he didn't mention anything to me about it. If he is injured then I'm sure the GM can match me up with someone else. I'm here to wrestle so I don't mind who my opponent is".

Josephine Steinmann: "Do you think that changing opponent will hinder you in your match tonight. Going into a match with an unknown wrestler after preparing yourself for Gyalin Reece must play on your mind?"

Brooklyn Basher: "I am a wrestler by profession so I will wrestle whoever I need too. Admittedly wrestling an unknown when I've prepared all week for Gyalin Reece is annoying but injures cannot be helped. I may be new around here but I have been wrestling for a number of years and I know I can change my game plan on the spot for whoever I face. The fans need a show from me this week and I aim to give one".

Josephine Steinmann: "Last question for tonight BB. It seems that you are having a hard time getting the fans on your side, they don't seem to have taken to you yet. Do you think that in time you can get them on your side?"

Brooklyn Basher: "I do everything I can to make sure the fans are happy with my performances each week. I try to put on a show, I think that it will be hard getting the fans on my side as I'm new here. By giving my all each week and showing every wrestler the respect they deserve I'm sure the fans will be on my side sooner rather than later".

Josephine Steinmann: "Thank you for your time again this week BB, It's a pleasure as always to talk to you, good luck with whoever you wrestle in your match tonight".

Brooklyn Basher: "Your more than welcome Josephine, thank you for your time. I will put on a good show tonight no matter who it is against and you can count . . on . . that! Good bye for now".

*The charismatic smile returns to Brooklyn Basher as he again winks at Josephine before moves away from the camera, heading to the ring for his match tonight. Josephine Steinmann watches the back of Brooklyn Basher with a smirk before turning back to the camera.*

Josephine Steinmann: "Damn I forgot to ask him why he wears that eye patch this week . . . Anyway next up is the match between Brooklyn Basher and . . . "
